With over 15 years of nursing experience spanning theatre, surgical, and paediatric care, Ashlee combines clinical precision with a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident and empowered in their own skin.
For the past seven years, she has specialised in Aesthetic Nursing, delivering natural, balanced results through evidence-based techniques and a warm, client-focused approach.
Ashlee is a proud mum to three beautiful girls and loves exploring new places with her family.
She is currently available for appointments at our Sale and Traralgon clinics, and also once a month in Paynesville.
Meet Bella
Bella is a Registered Nurse and Senior Dermal Clinician, bringing both advanced skin knowledge and aesthetic precision to her role at Haven Aesthetics.
With over five years of experience in the beauty and skin industry, Bella has developed a deep understanding of facial balance, skin health, and natural enhancement. Over the past year, she has extended her expertise into cosmetic injecting and is now fully trained in all injectable and skin rejuvenation treatments offered at Haven.
Bella’s calm, confident approach and genuine passion for helping clients feel their best have earned her a loyal following. She takes pride in achieving subtle, natural results that enhance each person’s unique features while maintaining a fresh, harmonious appearance.
She is available for consultations and treatments at both our Sale and Traralgon clinics.

Known for her warm, positive personality and genuine connection with clients, Jill creates a welcoming experience where every person feels truly cared for.
Jill is available for full-face treatments at our Sale location on Wednesdays and Saturdays and Traralgon on Monday nights for your convenience.

Alisha is the founder of Haven Aesthetics and a Registered Nurse & Cosmetic Practitioner with over ten years of experience in the aesthetics and wellness industry.
What began as a small clinic built on genuine care and community has grown into two thriving locations in Sale and Traralgon, each grounded in Alisha’s mission - to help clients feel confident, empowered, and comfortable in their own skin.
Known for her warm nature, clinical precision, and creative vision, Alisha has shaped Haven Aesthetics into a trusted destination for natural, balanced results and authentic client relationships.
While Alisha is currently focused on developing and leading Haven’s growth behind the scenes, her influence continues to guide every aspect of the client experience and team culture.
